BellaCare DMC 18/18 is a high molecular weight silicone polyether that imparts low surface tensions and a emulsifier for a wide variety of cosmetic applications. Use BellaCare DMC 18/18 as a primary emulsifier for dimethicone, natural oils, multi ingredient formulas in addition to providing the tack free properties of silicone. Because of its low surface tensions, cosmetic formulas will have fast spreading and improved absorption with a light smooth soft feel. |
