Brij™ ESF* is a patented liquid emulsifier blend with emulsification, solubilization and foaming properties. It has an HLB value of ~12.5, and is used to make oil-in-water emulsions. It can function as a cold process emulsifier, allowing for the production of more environmentally conscious products.
