CERALUTION CC is a pre-emulsion concentrate which allows the production of O/W-emulsions in a cold-cold or hot-cold process without any special homogenisation equipment. It is tolerant to all oil polarities, electrolytes and surfactants. This product can be used in formulations for creams, lotions, sprays, wet wipes, and foam skin care products as well as rinse-off products like shower gels. |
