HOW TO MAKE WATERBORNE AND ACRYLIC BASED ADHESIVE (GLUE)

  1. Prepare a clean mixing vessel.

  2. Add water and slowly incorporate thickener until uniform.

  3. Add defoamer, wetting agents and pH regulators.

  4. Introduce acrylic emulsion under slow–medium mixing.

  5. Add plasticizer and coalescent.

  6. Adjust viscosity and pH.

  7. Filter and package.
