Polydiethylsiloxane. SiBrid® DE-23 is a rich, non-tacky product that is substantive to the skin, provides a rich feel in water in silicone emulsions and has excellent pigment wetting properties which makes it serve as a good binder in pressed powders. SiBrid® DE-23 is recommended for use in skin care products, powders and lipsticks.
