Diisostearyl Malate. Haimalate DIS by Kokyu Alcohol Kogyo is an excellent pigment dispersant with medium viscosity, recommended as pigment binder in make-up formulations.
It is a highly polar oil with non-tacky feeling and good compatibility. Haimalate DIS is used in conditioner, foundation, makeup base and lip gloss.
