Methyl Perfluorobutyl Ether (and) Methyl Perfluoroisobutyl Ether. AE CosmoFluor® 61 by AE Chemie acts as a fragrance enhancer, foam booster and cleansing agent. It provides fast drying, self-foaming and alcohol replacement. It is non-VOC, safe and stable in emulsions.
It can be mixed with emollient to improve spreading and gives a clean, non-greasy feeling. It allows faster blooming of fragrances. It removes light oils and leaves a cool fresh sensation on the skin. AE CosmoFluor® 61 is used in skin- and hair care formulations.
