Sodium Cocoyl Alaninate (30%) and Aqua (70%). Amilite® ACS-12 by Ajinomoto acts as a gentle surfactant, conditioning- and foaming agent. It is a 30% aqueous solution, derived from L-alanine (an amino acid) rich in silk proteins and coconut fatty acid. It has good conditioning ability in the presence of cationic polymer and it imparts pleasant moisturizing feel after drying.
Produces creamy, rich foam even in the presence of oils such as silicon oil and yields a higher quality of elasticity as well as volume of foam. Leaves a fresh feel on the skin without sticky feeling. It is a very mild, highly biodegradable and hypoallergenic grade.
Amilite® ACS-12 is used in shampoos, soap bars, baby care, body washes and facial cleansing foams. It is an excellent solution for sulfate-free product applications.
