Decyl Glucoside. BergaSoft DG 50 / MB by Berg & Schmidt acts as a surfactant and foaming agent. It is based on renewable raw materials and is readily biodegradable. It is ethoxylate-, sulfate- and preservative-free. It boosts foam quality and provides mildness and transparency to formulations. It is easy to thicken and offers excellent foam properties.
It is compatible with a wide range of other surfactants, thickeners and even cationic conditioning polymers. It is gentle to the skin and hair. It is cold-processable and suitable for clear formulations. BergaSoft DG 50 / MB is used in facial cleansers, skin friendly rinse-off formulations, mild and clear shower gels, high viscosity body cleansers, high foaming shampoos, micellar waters, shaving or cleansing foams.
