Menthyl Nicotinate (and) Menthyl Lactate. NICOMENTHYL® FRESH distributed by DKSH is a balanced synergistic mixture that combines the protective, antioxidant and vasoactive properties of menthyl nicotinate (a lipophilic Vitamin B3 derivative) with those of a mild refreshing menthol derivative. It exerts a beneficial, fresh and soothing cutaneous micro-massage, accompanied by a pleasant, stimulating feeling of wellness and turgidity. It is thermostable and does not have any added preservatives or antioxidants.
NICOMENTHYL® FRESH is an ideal ingredient for shaving and after-shave formulations, refreshing body lotions, spa treatments and sun care-, oral hygiene- and intimate hygiene products. It is also used in formulating cellulitis & hair loss treatment solutions, deodorants/antiperspirants, anti-aging formulas and refreshing/reactivating products for feet and legs. It has a shelf life of >36 months.
