PEG-20 Glyceryl Laurate. TAGAT® L2 by Evonik is a mild, non-ionic, secondary surfactant for hair and skin, solubilizer of lipophilic substance and hydrophilic emulsifiers for O/W systems. It is based on vegetable raw materials. This ingredient shows foam enhancing properties. TAGAT® L2 is used in shampoos, shower and foam bath preparations and O/W emulsions.
