Lauryl PEG-8 Dimethicone. Silube® J208-612 by Siltech is a water-insoluble silicone surfactant and excellent water-in-oil emulsifier. This grade is alkyl functional silicone polyether designed to emulsify organic oils in water. It offers excellent lubricity and release properties in water-based applications due to presence of fatty acid attached to long-chain silicone copolymer.
Silube® J208-612 is designed for use in personal care applications. It has a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture.
