Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate (100%). Amisoft® HS-11PF by Ajinomoto acts as an anionic surfactant, co-emulsifier, dispersing and moisturizing agent. It is available in flake form. Derived from L-glutamic acid (an amino acid) and plant-derived fatty acids.
Leaves a moisturized feeling on the skin. It is a very mild, highly biodegradable, weakly acidic and hypoallergenic grade. It is gentle cleanser for hair, without leaving a dry, coarse feel. It is suitable for baby care and sensitive skin. It is compatible with inorganic and organic electrolytes. Amisoft® HS-11PF is suitable for emulsion including much electrolytes such as sodium PCA and ascorbic acid derivatives. Used in o/w emulsions, skin creams, skin lotions, toiletries, hair creams, sun care creams and liquid foundations. Cold process emulsions can be formulated with this emulsifying system. It is a COSMOS certified natural ingredient.
