Disodium Stearoyl Glutamate (100%). Amisoft® HS-21P by Ajinomoto acts as an anionic co-emulsifier, surfactant and moisturizing agent. It is produced from L-glutamic acid and natural fatty acids. It is weakly acidic, very mild, highly biodegradable and hypoallergenic. It provides gentle cleanser for hair, without leaving a dry, coarse feel. Amisoft® HS-21P is used in make-up products, shampoos, soap bars, facial cleansing foams and liquid cleansers. Cold process emulsions can be formulated with this emulsifying system.
