PEG-4. PLURACARE® E 200 by BASF is a solubilizer and non-ionic surfactant. PLURACARE® E 200 is suggested for use in toothpaste/mouthwash, personal care wipes, liquid soaps, shower/bath, after-sun, body-, color & face care products. Also used in antiperspirants & deodorants, conditioning, face cleansing, shampoos, styling, baby care & cleansing and hair coloring products.
