PPG-5-Ceteth-20. Acquasolv by Chemyunion acts as a nonionic surfactant. It is composed of ethoxylated and propoxylated cetylic alcohol. It reduces the superficial water tension and turns it ideal for the solubilization of perfume, oil and other liposoluble ingredients that are not compatible with aqueous transparent systems. Acquasolv is used in hair- & skin care creams, lotions, gels, gel-creams, oils and hydroalcoholic systems.
