Commonly paint stripping chemicals are divided into two groups; alkaline paint strippers and solvent paint strippers. Solvent type paint strippers work without need of heating and they are applicable to all metals. It works fast on aluminium, brass and zamac. Alkaline paint strippers need heating and they are not appliciable to all metals, only suitable for iron and steel.
Chemical paint stripping saves time and laboring in recycling of incorrectly painted metal parts / sheets. On the other hand, hangers used in powder coatings systems receive multiple layers of powder coating in course of time and they lose conductivity. This causes too much powder consumption. Paint removing plays an import role at this point to prevent powder wastage.
