20.20.0 Compound Fertilizer is a fertilizer containing 20% nitrogen (N) and 20% phosphorus (P2O5) as effective substances. It is the most used type in two nutrient compound fertilizers in our country and in the world. Since nitrogen and phosphorus are balanced, both nutrients can be easily taken by the plant when the granules dissolve in the soil water when the base (underground) fertilization is made. Since it is in the form of nitrogen, ammonium (NH4) and urea, it is not easily washed out of the soil by rainfall. All of the phosphorus in its structure is in the form that plants can take.
20.20.0 Compound Fertilizer is used in the fertilization of every plant grown in soils rich in potassium, but poor in nitrogen and phosphorus. It is applied before or together with seed planting, before planting seedlings and before the shoot activity in fruit trees. Like all compound fertilizers, the seed should be mixed into the soil to a depth of 5-6 cm.
