Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer. CosVivet RM 21 by Brenntag Specialties (EMEA) is a medium/short flow, non-drip, hydrophobically modified acrylic polymer. Acts as a self-wetting, efficient suspending and thickening agent. It shows fast dispersion, high clarity and improved skin feel.
It is less tacky than other CosVivet due to its improved structure. It offers medium/high viscosity and very clear gels. It creates rich and stable foam in rinse-off formulations. Specifically designed to introduce a new technology to make dispersions without any agitation and is less susceptible to lumping in water. Furthermore, it provides good electrolyte tolerance and sensory benefit in formulations. CosVivet RM 21 is used in lotions, creams, hair gel esp. hydro-alcoholic gels, and sanitizing shampoos.
