Poloxamer 238. ADEKA NOL F-88 by ADEKA is a solubilizer, dispersant, non-ionic surfactant, foaming & cleansing agent. It is composed of polyethylene glycol & polypropylene glycol (PO/EO) block copolymer.
This non-corrosive ingredient possesses mild irritation properties and high cleansing activity. It is miscible & compatible with ionic surfactants.
