* The mixing tank used for the production of liquid auxiliary washing agent should be made of PP, PVC plastic materials or stainless metals.
* The stirring blade should be made of enamel or stainless metal.
* The motor used in the mixing tank used for the production of liquid auxiliary washing agent must be resistant to chemicals and external factors.
* Liquid auxiliary washing agent mixing machine should be work pressure ≤ -0.01Mpa, work temperature(PP):-10℃-100 ℃,PVC-10℃-60℃.
* The mixing machine used for making liquid auxiliary washing agent must be resistant to acidic or alkaline chemicals used.

Making liquid auxiliary washing agent is not difficult and even easy. There is need a mixer tank and required ingredients. then, it is a simply mixing process. no need heat during production of liquid auxiliary washing agent. it is only cold process.
When considering to make liquid auxiliary washing agent, there is a need for a good and usable formulation that will be guide every steps of production. This formulation is needed in order to decide which chemicals and in what quantites should be used for manufacturing of auxiliary washing agent liquid.
