Make de-icer concentrate is not difficult and even easy. There is a need a mixer tank and required ingredients. then, it is a simply mixing process. no need heat during production of de icer concentrate. it is only cold process.
If considering to make windshield de-icer concentrate, there is a need for a good and usable formulation. This formulation is needed in order to decide which chemicals and in what quantites should be used for manufacturing of de icer concentrate.
