Polyethylene. It is ideally suited for use as binders and bulking agents in powdered cosmetic applications, as well as to improve wear resistance. They are spherical in shape to aid in dispersibilify, lubricity and feel.
They enhance the soft creamy, silky feel of applications and increase stick strength in lipsticks and AP|DO sticks. Used in face powders, eye shadows, foundations, eyeliners, cleansing products(cold crearns), cleansing lotions, mascara, skin care preparations, personal cleanliness products, lipstick, eyeliner pencils.
