PEG-8 caprylic/capric glycerides. Is a water-soluble, ethoxylated, nonionic emulsifier and secondary surfactant. It is compatible with other nonionic, cationic and anionic materials in formulation. Also a low irritation secondary surfactant that can be used in rinse-off formulations where is can also offer skin refatting benefits. Has superior solubility properties and can be used as part of a delivery system.
