DEFINITION
 

Clear, pale, moderately viscous liquid emollient derived from castor oil. It is a mild, non-comedogenic coupling solvent which imparts emolliency and softening characteristics to the skin. It is an effective wetting agent and stabilizer for pigmented and dye dispersion products.
