POLYESTER RESIN BASED STONE ADHESIVE
Overview
Polyester resin based stone adhesive is a fast-curing, high-strength bonding material widely used for marble, granite, engineered stone, ceramic panels, stone repair, gap filling, and decorative stone bonding.
It is formulated with unsaturated polyester resin, fillers, thixotropic agents, promoters, and peroxide hardener, creating a durable, chemical-resistant and polishable joint after curing.

Manufacturing Process

Charge unsaturated polyester resin into the mixer.

Add fillers (calcium carbonate, quartz powder) under agitation.

Add pigments, promoters (e.g., cobalt octoate), wetting agents.

Deaerate, homogenize and fill into containers.

MEKP catalyst is supplied separately as Component B.

Usage
