Bis-PEG-1 Dimethicone. SeraSense® CF50 by KCC Beauty acts as a SPF booster and protective agent. It is a carbinol functional silicone fluid with unique compatibility with both polar and non-polar solvents.
It is used in sun-care to enhance SPF in the formulations and used as cuticle coat in hair-care. It is smoother, less tacky and more substantive than linear silicones. It provides fragrance release and enhances binder properties in powder.
