Combination ingredient consisting of two different skin-whitening components for for superior performance. Inhibits melanin-production better than individual ingredients. Contains also calming oat oligopeptides & potent antioxidants. Clear to slightly hazy liquid, may sediment slightly over time. Preserved with benzyl alcohol, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, and sodium metabisulfite. Non-animal, gluten & paraben-free, non-GMO. Water soluble. |

USAGE |
It can be used level 1-5%. Do not heat over 60°C/140°F. Can be added to finished products, stable in the pH-range of 4 to 7. |
