Sodium Caproyl/Lauroyl Lactylate (and) Sodium Citrate. Aevum Vita 406 distributed by Brenntag Specialties (EMEA) is a mild, naturally derived, anionic surfactant for use in cosmetic and personal care products. It is PEG-, paraben-, thiazolinone-, formaldehyde- and preservative-free grade.
It also exhibits antimicrobial, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. It can be used in hot or cold processes. At typical use levels Aevum Vita 406 is non-irritating to skin. It enhances both foam quantity and quality. It is recommended for shower gels, shampoos, rinse-off, leave-ons, deodorants, wet wipes and hair-, lip-, eye- & oral care applications. This grade is also suitable for children under 3. The shelf life of the product is 2 years from the date of manufacture.
