Use BellaCare DMC Cocoate as a primary emulsifier for dimethicone, natural oils, multi ingredient formulas in addition to providing the tack free properties of silicone. It is an excellent co-surfactant for use in hair care shampoos and conditioners. In skin care products, BellaCare DMC Cocoate is an effective emollient and humectant for skin care products. |
