PEG/PPG-14/4 Dimethicone. ABIL® B 8851 by Evonik is a hydrophilic emollient, lubricant and silicone surfactant. It possesses good conditioning properties. This ingredient also shows strong decrease of surface tension.
It provides slip, improved wet combability and pleasant feel on wet hair. It is cold processable. ABIL® B 8851 is recommended for formulating shaving foams & soap and hair care products.
