Phenyl Trimethicone (100%). CALSIL™ CP20 by Caldic acts as a film former, protective-, wetting-, shining-, firming-, foaming agent and aesthetic enhancer. It is a low viscosity phenylmethylpolysiloxane polymer. It is odorless, colorless, non-staining, non-occlusive and non-irritating. It increases shine and has very low surface tension.
Provides high-gloss, protective shaving film, excellent spreading, foam boosting effect, brightness, non-greasy feel and lubricity. It has high refractive index which results in an increase in brightness of the treated surfaces, especially on hair.
CALSIL™ CP20 shows compatibility with silicone oils, phenyl trimethicone, aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated solvents, isopropyle myristate, ethylhexyl salicylate and weak compatibility with mineral oils, organic oils and ethanol. Used in shaving foams, make-up products, hair care, conditioners and hair sprays.
